Description:

The Pastry Chef is responsible for new development of Pastries and Cakes.
The Pastry Chef must have advanced baking/ pastry skills and know how to apply those skills in
an effective and time efficient manner. Also passing on those skills to the junior staff by
ensuring the company training program is being followed.

Running all daily operations of Kitchen the abscesses of the Head Pastry Chef
Making sure all staff are trained on Policies and Procedures and that they are aware of all
critical point
Making sure that all weekly reporting is handed over to HOD
Ensuring daily production is done accurately and inspecting products on production sheet
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
