Working as a mobile phone repair technician, duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Job Description:
• Able to repair hardware and software of the device.
• Perform routine inspection, testing, and repair of smart phones and other mobile devices.
• Accurately document repairs and parts information on repair tracking documents / work orders and in point of sale computer tracking system.
• Read and translate repair documents and videos. Share experiences and learning's with the team.
• Perform high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic devices.
• Monitor parts inventories and inform management of status.
• Interact with customers as needed, providing exceptional customer service.
• Keeps work area clean and sterile.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experienced in UAE or GCC for at least 2 years.
• Can understand and speak in Arabic (advantage)
• Knowledge of operating and repairing different models of mobile phones
• Have the ability to analyse and solve problems
• Strong general IT skills
• Skilled at handling the minute components of the mobile phones carefully
• Excellent communication skills that help listen to clients and make suggestions
• Skilled at handling data and maintaining records of the completed work
