The candidate
Expert Training Coordinator with HR experience and records in achieving recruitment targets and other HR domains
Skills
• Minimum 1-2 years solid experience as Training Coordinator
• Achieve high volume recruitment target per month
• Appoint Trainers for courses confirmed with Sales people ( by selecting from current teachers database or searching and recruiting new teachers)
• Recruit new Trainers including their contracts, profiles--etc
• Create and organize events for Employees and trainers
• Handle projects with online partners for organizing new events
• Professional user of PC
• Go get it attitude
• Career focused with a strong passion to succeed
• Honest and able to work under minimum supervision
