We are looking for Maintenance Supervisor with Driving Licence as per below requirement:
Job Description:
• Receive maintenance queries/concerns/maintenance complaints, queries etc. from tenants
• Monitors and deals with issues relating to housekeeping and building maintenance
• Checks maintenance books, reports and emails on a regular basis and responds within the stipulated period
• Co-ordinates with other Maintenance Supervisors to ensure that services are provided in timely manner
• Updating all closed Preventative Maintenance contracts to system/ monitoring.
• Collection of feedback from tenants after maintenance
• Provide and display daily reports to the management about the status of maintenance work.
• Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and management
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP
• Excellent communication skills in English
