**Experience working in a Real Estate Company is a great advantage**
Preferred nationality – Philippine nationals
MALE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (open to any nationalities):
Basic Requirements:
• Experience of 1-2 years in a similar position
• Has basic knowledge of maintenance works for properties as the company does property management
• Smart and with good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work on extended hours
• Can work under pressure
• Highly organized
• Must be a team player
Additional Qualifications (Possessing any or all of the below will give the applicant a great advantage):
• Background in Real Estate
• GCC/UAE Experience
• UAE Driver’s License Holder
Basic Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all company drivers to ensure completion of tasks
• Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and maintenance companies for all repair and maintenance concerns
• Overseeing basic office operations and ensuring office is maintained properly
• Overseeing car maintenance of company and management cars
• Sourcing companies and suppliers and ensuring we get competitive quotations for all our requirements
• Other tasks assigned by the Management
