Description:

The Traffic Coordinator is in charge of clients advertising campaigns management - providing excellent customer service, optimizing campaigns to maximize results, and creating detailed reports and analysis.
Main Responsibilities
Ad server evaluations, recommendations and management
Custom client solutions: Identify unique tracking needs for clients and propose appropriate data solution - 3rd party vendor, tag management, Artemis integrations
Produce campaigns, reports, client tagging strategies and delivery
Technical problem solving: answer any questions about tagging strategies/tracking issues, serve as contact point for 3rd party vendors/creative specs, etc.
Participate in media planning discussions regarding trafficking strategies and related operational issues
Oversee media tracking and analytics set up and implementation
Improve data quality: collaborate with the media and Artemis Alliance teams to ensure campaigns are structured in a way to produce optimal data outputs
Latest technologies watch in order to improve agency offering
Key Competencies
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Internship or fieldwork in digital advertising demonstrating analytical/technical work
Understanding of agency buying process: how campaigns go from planning to buying to trafficking to reporting
Data-driven culture / analytical abilities
Interested in technologies
Outstanding troubleshooting abilities
Customer service and communication skills
Understanding of all digital media channels and their Ad Ops requirements
Knowledge of DFA/DCM and other ad servers (such as Mediaplex and Atlas) preferred but not required
Interest in the major ad serving, rich media technologies, Tag Management Systems
Experience producing campaign reports, managing client tagging strategies, delivering analytics solutions to clients
Understanding of rich media, dynamic creative and video ad units
Attention to detail
Ability to collaborate between multiple groups
Ability to communicate and manage internal team processes
