Maintain a complete technical library containing the maintenance manuals sets from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), and other approved vendors, needed to perform all maintenance related activities IAW current standing policies and procedures. Will also be responsible for : 1. Serves as the focal point for al publication issues. 2. Process all pertinent/applicable publications requests. 3. Ensure all publications are updated IAW Original Aircraft Manufacturer guidance. 4. Maintain the publication server to avoid unauthorized access to the net. 5. Responsible for the physical security of all manuals stored in the publications office. 6. Receive, process and distribute updates, changes and revisions to the affected publications in all departments. 7. Manage sensitive documentation (ITAR), destruction procedures. This includes proper labeling, classification and distribution. 8. Remove unauthorized, obsolete, and unregistered documentation from all departments. 9. Perform technical publications audits to check if distributed inventories are updated, with proper revision insertion, condition, and proper use. 10. Responsible for the management of all publications supporting project operations.. 11. Maintain continuous contact with U.S. Army to Request and track FMS case publications, and taking special care with Technical Assistance Agreements and other restrictions like ITAR. 12. Maintain inventory of all controlled technical publications quantities distributed around the bases and deployments. 13. Ensures that the content of technical publication server is available to all personnel as required. 14. Provide recurring training program in order to adequately instruct personnel on how to handle technical publications. 15. Manage the subscriptions and renewal process which might include contract acquisition for OEM support. 16. Provide support and document control for A/C modifications. 17. Scheduled download of latest Information Services (SB, SL, ASL, etc.) for the applicable fleet’s systems and subsystems. 18. Establish/manage publication accounts for all sections supporting the project operations. 19. Manage all printing requirements (manuals, forms and records) as required.
