Sourcing talent through the use of LinkedIn and related methods including establishing network with top Universities.
Manage the recruitment budget.
Negotiate recruitment contracts with agencies and suppliers.
Screen, Interview, assess and appoint suitable candidates up to senior management level using Taleo.
Coordinate Recruitment Drives in the UAE and Lebanon.
Ensure an ongoing pipeline of talent on agreed roles.
Develop and deliver training on interview techniques for management and supervisors
On board new staff in terms of agreed process.
Write job descriptions in accordance with agreed methodology and in cooperation with line management.
Administer recruitment process with regard to reporting and metrics.
Act as the gatekeeper of Taleo and provide training to new managers as may be required.
Leading job fairs at universities or other relevant institutions.
Minimum requirements:
Four years’ experience with recruiting and interviewing sales staff up to management level in the UAE, ideally consumer goods industry or FMCG.
Degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology or related (ideally Master’s level).
Advanced skills in using LinkedIn and related media for sourcing of talent (ideally certified LinkedIn advanced user).
Experience with running independent recruitment drives in or for the UAE and KSA.
Ideal requirements:
Experience with using Taleo or similar recruitment systems.
Experience with managing a recruitment budget.
Experience with designing and delivering induction programs is a plus.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus.
Experience with negotiating contracts with agencies in the UAE.
Proven track record of working and delivering according to agreed recruitment targets.
Experience with psychometric or assessment center methodologies.
Experience in other areas of HR such as Compensation and Benefits and L&D is an advantage.
Formal training in interviewing techniques.
Arabic language skills is an advantage.
Experience in writing Job Descriptions in the Hay JE format.
Ideally level B testing experience on Psychometrics.
Previous experience in sales.
