• Monitors all the product orders from Sales team
• Monitor and follow all the details from the packaging, and readiness for distribution .
• Coordinate closely with buyer on test reports availability on imports for distribution .
• Make daily shipment status and accomplishment report.
• Stock Monitoring and inventory management.
• Creates checklist and timetable for all shipment.
• Coordinate with sales team & logistics and transporters for all logistics matters.
• Plan and arrange timely deliveries.
• Prepare all documentation for purchases and goods to be delivered locally and in GCC
• Stock records Maintenance. Stock taking.
