To conceptualize, plan, write, edit, and produce programming for the OSN sports channels. In order to enhance the viewer experience and maximize the value of sports rights by creating supplementary or entirely new content. The work requires both hands-on technical skills alongside managerial and planning aspects, coordinating with departments across the company to deliver the highest quality sports coverage.

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Experience required:
Proven track record sports broadcasting with a particular focus on live studio production.
At least 5 years relevant work experience as sport producer for recognized broadcasters.
Must be familiar with working in multicultural, multiethnic environment.
Education requirement:
Relevant qualifications in journalism, broadcasting or sports related disciplines considered advantageous
Knowledge & Skills:
Exceptional knowledge and interest in all sport, with particular focus on OSN's driver properties of cricket, rugby, golf, WWE, MMA, boxing and motorsport.
Knowledge of current broadcast production techniques and applications in both live and post produced arenas
Proven track record leading a production team in an live broadcast environment and in the launch of new programmes
Proficiency as a video editor at an intermediate level essential
Proven ability to creatively compose and manipulate written copy, audio and visuals to make full programmes
Creative decision making skills with ability to adapt procedures and creative styles to suit specific requests
Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgements on sensitive/confidential issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively to tight deadlines
Effective communicator at all levels across the business and exercise strong influencing skill.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to plan a number of projects at the same time, managing time and resources to meet deadlines.
