Participates in the selection of kitchen personnel.• Trains, cross-trains, and retrains all kitchen personnel. • Schedules the kitchen staff and rosters.
Check all incoming orders.
Ensure that orders are placed.
Skills

Skills:
Minimum 4 years of kitchen management experience.
Should be Hospitality Management Degree / Diploma holder .
Understanding about the HACCP requirements.
Culinary school background is a plus.
