This position is responsible for setting digital strategy, identifying product requirements and further successful customer acquisition.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure acquisition targets or other KPIs for all digital platforms (internally and client side) are met within the agreed budget requirements.
Liaise with client’s Marcom team or agency to maintain traffic and subscriber acquisition volumes (new activations, re-activations, deactivations, renewals) on all btl activities - display/social/mobile/email/calls
Work closely with different internal teams such as creative, product, technology and other teams to insure right targeting/tracking/constant product flow or campaign optimization.
Daily monitoring of all campaigns across various advertising platforms (internally and client side)
Manage performance marketing channels such as Affiliate Marketing, SEM, Display, Facebook Ads for Mobile and Web for internal digital marketing activities
Ensure the most successful integration of content promotions across all digital platforms
Regularly liaise with client’s PR team on successful integration of the product within Telco’s social media by using fresh and relevant content
Define the requirements for the production of creative and landing pages.
Develop insights, customer experience journeys and processes for different customer segments
Monitor the impact of sales, channels and promotions in churn
Keep track of industry trends and follow best practices to achieve business performance goals.
