Responsibilities:
Oversee Companies MEA's Online Sales and Presence.
Plan, manage and launch customer life-cycle campaigns for customer engagement, conversion and retention on Company e-store.
Constantly monitor and optimizing results to improve performance.
Needs a strong understanding of Web analytic software that track the success of a site.
Implement URM strategies, adopting global direction for regional execution.
Monitor local initiatives and evaluate the results of digital and CRM programs. Prepare periodic reporting and post-campaigns reports.
Ensure the usability of the CRM system to the region and setting plans for future IT integrations and business usage.
Work with different function teams to help create the best-in-class digitalized customer experience.
Essential Requirements:
Must have a proven track record as an Ecommerce Digital Marketing URM Manager within within either Consumer Electronics, Digital Retail, Telecoms or ICT sectors.
Must have a minimum of 6-8 years of ecommerce experience and at least three years in Digital Marketing/Email marketing/CRM/URM experience.
Must have strong communication skills, be commercially astute, good stakeholder management skills.
Must have the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into specific IT requirements.
Must be a strong team player who can interact with multiple groups to gather information and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Good organizational, prioritizing, project management and time-management skills.
Very strong analytic skills, data management skills and business acumen.
A confident self-starter with strong analytical mind and attention to detail.
Will work closely with the social and global/ local creative content team to maintain the interactivity on the webpages.
Must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Google Analytics, FB Insights and SEO and Media purchase on the two platforms.
Position will report to the president of MEA.
