Prepare financial statements ( Profit & Loss A/C, Balance sheet , Cash flow statement, Statement of Changes in Equity & notes to the accounts according to IFRS and IASs.
Documentation of all supporting documents for proper accounting.
Budget and Actual Variance Analysis.
Job Costing for the projects
Payroll Management ( preparation of salaries and processing through WPS)
Bank reconciliation Statement.
Dealing with Banks and funding for the projects.
Visa Processing for the staff.
Preparation final settlements for the staff.
preparation of contracts for employees.
Inventory Management
Review and analyses the financial statements and notes to the accounts.
Fixed asset depreciation policy.
Reflection of changes in policy and estimates (retrospectively and prospectively.)
Lease schedule calculation
Analysis our current situation with the competitors and suggest policies to compete with the competitors.
Gross profit and Net profit calculation and analyses over the variations to find out the reasons
Point of sales verification and reconciliation.
Cash Flow management
Maintain relationship with Customers and suppliers.
Customer aging and supplier aging
Preparing Invoices for customers and shipment purposes.
Preparing attendance sheet for employees to maintain payroll.
Preparation and making all kind of vouchers.
Maintaining fixed assets Register.
