Develop and maintain broad and deep customer partnerships, including building relationships at the CxO level and expanding relationships outside of IT.
• Research and share intelligence on customers and their respective markets and industries.
• Create strategic and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy.
• Manage accounts in accordance with company’s priorities and business potential.
• Communicate with other company personnel on an on-going basis.
• Provide status reports to the CEO of the company.
• Develop, maintain, and update database of customers and prospects.
• Coordinate marketing activities to customers using all available media.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and maintain expected productivity.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• University degree in relevant field
• Clear and effective communication in English both verbal and written is a must
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience on a similar position in the UAE
• Excellent relationships at field level with SAP MENA executives (mandatory)
• Excellent CxO level and IT Level relationships with key accounts in the region (mandatory)
• Very good communication skills and initiative.
• Good presentation and customer interface skills with proven capability of deep understanding of sales process and customer relation building
• Capable of working under pressure
• Passionate attitude for sales and technology as an enabler for a company’s growth
• Organized with strong prioritization skills
• SAP knowledge will be considered as strong advantage
• Arabic language fluency will be considered as strong advantage
