A strong working knowledge of the payroll cards industry, with a special emphasis on the Wages Protection System (WPS).
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
· Source, develop and analyze customer needs to establish new business
· Research new companies and industries to target
· Make cold and hot calls to pitch our services to prospective clients
· Meet monthly sales targets as stipulated
· Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
· Build trust, value others, communicating effectively, driving execution, fostering innovation, focusing on customers, collaborating with others, solving problems creatively and demonstrating a high level of integrity
· Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet the company core values
· Proactively establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships with all support departments
KEY STAKEHOLDERS
· Liaise with other departments such as: Operations, Accounts and IT
· Establish healthy business relationships with clients and external associates in order to secure repeat business and long term customer loyalty
PROFILE
· A driven Sales Manager with at least 5+ years of experience in financial and/or banking sales
