This role would be responsible for Business Development, Sales of Interior Decoration & Shop Fitouts. Responsible for the company's growth.
Develop a strong team ethic between all partners of the business.
To identify key business opportunities.
Develop the business throughout the GCC.
Build and maintain strategic relationships and alliances with key clients, consultants and business partners.
Create the bid strategy and constantly review and adapt until the Project is awarded.
The negotiation and closing of business deals & Tenders. Formulate market analysis and delivering accurate business reports.
Serve as lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects. A must have 3-5 years or more years of working experience in the fit out industry.
A solid track and background of securing larger value projects (5-10 Million and up). Excellent negotiation skills, must have excellent presentation skills & commercial acumen.
Required Experience: Interiors Decoration & Joinery Experienced 3-5 years .
Regional GCC based Client Contact Base
Valid UAE Driving license.
