• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
• Carry out direct marketing activities such as telemarketing, i.e. cold calling
• Facilitate timely & regular follow-ups for client’s feedback and answer enquiries.
• Facilitate confirmation of registration and related tasks for training courses.
• Update and maintain database
• Place orders for training materials and follow-up on orders
Maintain inventory of training materials and replenish as necessary
• Create and innovate new ideas for future training and development programs.
• Report any enquiries, requests, recommendations, or feedback received from the clients while marketing the course.
• Maintain and organize filing system
• Participate in weekly meeting & give feedback on the areas of improvement.
