Job Objective:
Approach new prospective clients for Transafe Group ( inland transportation or at the fright sector). Negotiate competitive rates to maximize revenue and gross profit margins in line with the strategic plan of the business unit. Establish and grow a customer base to enable the company to achieve growth and stability in line with the annual business plan.
Responsibilities:-
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications:-
2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience.
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
