Conduct research to understand organizational structures, and individual roles function within various industry sectors, to source the right candidates for clients
Obtain appropriate company, market, and competitor information
Develop accurate target lists – company and executives
Utilize electronic research tools including the Internet and other available resource tools, both internal and external. When required, use cold calling as a means to obtain relevant information/identify relevant executives
Confirm and obtain contact information for target executives through cold calling
Provide a continuous flow of value-added information on prospective candidates and sources; direct Consultant to most targeted calls to make based on information
Effectively network with peers and other internal resources such as other Research Associates, Senior Associates, Client and Senior Partners to leverage company expertise
Proactive role in the research start-up and search strategy processes by making recommendations on areas and/or companies to pursue for searches
Input complete and accurate information on prospects and sources into the database and code them correctly (research phase or unsolicited resumes)
Introduce available opportunities to potential candidates to understand if they fit the job profile as well as our client(s) culture
Meet aggressive deadlines with a sense of urgency
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
Demonstrate solid understanding of business and corporate organizational structures
Stay abreast and make others aware of trends and developments in the marketplace
Research company profiles to identify key contacts for targeted sales opportunities
Exhibit commitment to quality service and client satisfaction, both internal and external

Curiosity about business; intellectual rigour; communication skills; tech savvy
Qualification:
Based in the UAE
Must have degree from a well-respected University
Exceptional communicator (written and verbally) – must have high level of proficiency in English
Arabic speaker is preferable.
