Description:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Well versed with Arabic language (Written and Spoken)
Presentable and excellent communication skills
2-5 years of relevant UAE experience as secretary/Personal Assistant.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Answering calls and handling queries.
Typing documents, managing database.
Preparing correspondence and delegating work in principal’s behalf.
Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
Drafting communications on principal’s behalf (Arabic and English).
Scheduling appointments and fixing meetings.
Preparing presentations and papers for meetings.
Taking action points and writing minutes.
Attending events/meetings as the director’s representative and writing reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
