A well established company in Dubai is looking for an Executive Secretary responsible for the co-ordination of all office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate administrative effectiveness and efficiency.
This position must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
Job skills & Abilities:
• Handle customer enquiries
• Negotiate and understand all supplier contracts
• Tendering experience preferred.
• UAE experience of at least 5 years
