Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with your clients from your portfolio to increase knowledge of customer situation and enhance business opportunities
Business Development
Develop appropriate selling including cross-selling approaches to potential and current customers to facilitate achievement of the business plan
Proposals
Prepare and gain approval for proposals that will meet the internal policies and customer needs
Risk Analysis
Analyse risks to assess risk/returns and initiate timely remedial actions, where appropriate
Account Reviews
Regularly review account performance and make appropriate recommendations for optimizing returns
Customer Service
Ultimately be the pivotal point of contact and 'farm out' operational matters within the portfolio
Interact very closely with Ops/your Product partnere to ensure 360 degree client satisfaction
Compliance
Comply with internal bank policies & procedures to uphold the bank's and customer’s interests.
Personal Development
Identify personal strengths and areas necessary for development in order to enhance personal value
Role Holder Specifications
- You will have at least 7 years of solid banking experience of which at least a minimum of 5 years in UAE market
- Excellent Credit/Trade Finance knowledge & ideally some large deal origination experience
- Excellent communications skills in English, with Arabic also preferred
