Godiva Chocolatier is currently looking for a Regional Supply Chain Manager who will head the department across the MENAT region. This position is responsible for leading all aspects of the Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing, Logistics & Commercial function, focusing on Implementing core and bespoke stock management systems that creates processes for effective and accurate forecasting and replenishment to all stores.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE and will report to the Managing Director.
The Role
Head of Supply Chain across MENAT Region;
Lead all supply chain development and new initiatives:
Develop and manage stock and planning management systems:
Develop and manage efficient logistics
Ensure compliance
Manage cost and inventory controls
Procurement and vendor management for food, non-food and FF&E
Coach, develop and mentor the supply chain team:
Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate in supply chain
Has an advanced understanding of MI and KPI reporting
Advanced understanding of master data management and category planning methods
15+ years supply chain general management experience preferably within retail or similar business
5-10 years senior level requirements planning experience
Experience with Asian, American, European and MENA supply chains (IDEAL, or a combination of)
Multi-market, multi-channel management experience
Large SKU count performance management experience and an outstanding track record of service standards
Able to manage large technical teams
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Management and planning skills with the ability to multi-task multiple deliverables
Ability to manage relationships at all business levels and work across cultures
