Trafalgar Properties are a British real estate investment company who specialise in investments in the UK, We are looking for a Recruitment and Training manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Role
-Be responsible for all recruitment including head hunting candidates, posting jobs on various portals, profiling suitable candidates and arrange interviews.
-Make sure we always have a database of candidates to recruit
-To recruit and on board staff in line with the company business plan
-Be responsible for new employee’s orientation, training on company policies, KPIs and training on the company hand book.
- Working with the department heads to create a regular training programs for employees
-To Organise external training programs.
-To develop corporate events program for the improvement of team harmony
-To improve staff retention rates
-To create a standard company training program that each staff member must undertake
-To carry out monthly one to ones and performance reviews
-To monitor the performance records of each employee
-To manage the employee holiday and attendance records on a daily basis when needed by the HR manager
Skills needed
-At least 3 years in recruiting
-4 years in an HR role
-Bachelor’s degree
-Be organised
-Able to be self-motivated
-Able to work under pressure
- Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering training platforms and schedules for medium sized companies.
- Ability to create spreadsheets, PDF’s, Power Point presentations

-To manage the employee holiday and attendance records on a daily basis if needed by the HR Manager.
