We are Ajman based company looking for a driven Receptionist with Social Media experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Managing correspondence including distribution of mail, emails and faxes, and preparing responses to routine inquiry.
2) Reception Duties, including greeting & assisting guests / clients, and answering phone calls.
3) Writing and distributing minutes of meeting.
4) Making quotations, newsletters, promotional emails etc.
5) Conduct research, compiling data and preparing reports and presentations.
6) Development of inventory Database for the company. Maintain company website ( Daily content update)
7) Responsible for the promotion of the company its services and its properties on social media e.g. Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
8) Try to find new customers through social marketing once find the customers discuss with the Director and arrange meetings.
9) Make advertisement of the company properties and services on existing web portals and the new ones.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor degree
SKILLS:
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results. Taking phone calls and then designate the work to the sales team.
Candidate should have strong I.T knowledge. Should be able to trouble shoot, install scanner, prints, and configure emails on mobiles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH. Excellent emails/ letter drafting skills.
Good Knowledge of advertisement on Social Media e.g facebook, twitter, linkedin, instagram.
Excellent with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook .
Ability to prioritize work , Can supervise sales team , inventory control and strong problem solving skills.
