Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Definition of project team for each project, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Coordinate and manage internal resources and/or third parties vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring deliverable are available on time
Manage the execution of the project with an eye on quality
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Regularly report on project progress, escalating issues to management as necessary
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Close projects with appropriate closure processes
Contribute to continued improvement in the PMO
Qualification&Competencies;:
Qualification:
Preferably in the fields of computer science and/or engineering
Experience:
5 years proven working experience in project management in the mobile/web technology sector
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Experience working with Telcos is a plus
Experience working in a SaaS company is a plus
Skills:
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Working knowledge of agile methodology is a plus
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
Working knowledge of issue tracking tools (eg JIRA) is a plus
Certification:
PMI or equivalent certification is a plus
Language:
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic
Other languages is a plus
