Ensuring that the technical documents are properly produced and reviewed in accordance with project’s specified requirements.
- Provide technical support to the projects.
- Implement the company quality procedures.
- Prepare list of shop drawings.
- Review Sub-Contactor’s material submittal before submitting to the Consultant.
- Procurement of Information required through formulation a Request of Information (RFI).
- Liaison with the Consultant, Project Manager to resolve technical issues.
- Coordination with Consultant to provide solution affecting design development.
- Review shop drawing prepared by Sub-Contractors.
- Ensuring that Client’s Requirements are fully and correctly understood, and are communicated effectively to project team.
- Ensuring technical requirements are monitored for compliance.
- Preparation of as built drawings in coordination with project’s team
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) with 4-10 years of experience in procurement activities MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) or Civil projects, of which at least 3 years in the UAE.
- Previous experience in Commercial and Residential Buildings is a must.
- Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English.
