PROCESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (TELECOM)
Position: Process Development Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi
Grade: (After successful interview and securing of necessary approvals).
Age: 25 to 38
Principal Functions:
1.Planning and Development of New Processes, or Modify existing processes in line with the requirements from Technology Divisions
2.Develop Process framework for Engineering Activities. Map existing processes and identify opportunities to improve the functioning of the Department.
3.Identify and organize stakeholders and reviewers participation in process design, review and audit.
4.Collect and analyses new process requirements, identify boundaries of the process and establish the scope of process.
5.Develop measures such as OLA and KPI for each process in coordination with the Engineering Sections
6.Develop communication plan for implementation of approved processes.
7.To establish and maintain awareness about developed processes among all stakeholders
8.Perform Process metric reporting and analysis
9.Assist in creating, improving/updating and maintaining documentation of the processes.
10.Processes auditing, identify process effectiveness, requirements for changes and intimate changes wherever required.
Education Background:
1.Bachelor Degree
2.Professional courses in Business process development & Modeling.
3.Lean/Six Sigma certification
4.ISO 9000 certification
5.TL9000 certification
6.eTOM certification
Experience:
1.4 years’ experience in Business Process Development
2.Experience in Technical industry
3.3 years in Quality management field
4.Auditing experience.
5.Project management Experience
