In this role you will be
Implementing regional parts promotions, marketing activities dealer communications
Processing customer & stock orders, raising purchase request (PR), processing PO with supplier, coordinating with Perkins & freight partner for documentation, coordinating with warehouse staff for receiving engines, invoicing to OEM’s & End users
Managing Parts Incentive programmes for dealers in GCC
Local Parts Help desk support - Guiding / assisting dealers on technical query related to parts
Coordinating with dealer management for controlled business data flow between dealers and principle via PSG
Managing annual Perkins obsolescence programme within given time line
Maintaining data base of Perkins OEM's and Distributor OEM equipment population
Payment follow up with key OEM’s
To set up centralized parts warehouse for GCC and Yemen to handle Perkins inventory
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Technical or Business preferred)
2-3 Years of experience with vehicle components, parts functions or engineering systems
Strong analytical, communications, and interpersonal skills
Negotiations and project management skills needed
Strong MS Excel skills a must
