This role reports to the General Manager and entails ensuring the growth of the Huawei product range, specifically servers, storage and networking solutions, to Huawei expectation.
The key responsibilities of the Partner Sales Manager – Huawei GULF are to:
Manage Huawei products that target the market from a Sales, Partner Development, Marketing & Technical perspective across the Middle East & Africa region.
Be responsible for the Vendor’s technology and its application towards solving market problems, as well as for managing change and updates to the base products.
Interact with Presales Engineers, Marketing, and key Customers/Partners to ensure the value propositions for this technology.
Develop a business plan and drive marketing campaigns and lead generations through excellent understanding of the market.
Create and maintain product awareness in the TechAccess-Huawei community through excellent understanding of Huawei product range.
Support Business Development and Relationship Management activities with the Vendor, and present product offerings to Prospects and Clients
Drive enablement of Partners to market and sell Huawei products by creating and executing training and enablement plans.
The desired Skills and Qualfications are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the business development, distribution and marketing of IT product and solutions.
Experience with selling server, storage and networking products and solutions.
Strong Technical/Business Channel background and influential qualities to motivate the team members as well as facilitate their work.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluency in English and Arabic (as a plus).
