• Minimum 1 year experience in operations
• Experience in Promotion, Instore Activations and Events
• Responsible for handling all documents and formalities related to hiring and recruitment.
• Manage all aspects of events and promotions, including but not limited to staffing recruitment supervision training and acknowledgement
• Contracting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Responsible for employee attendance monitoring
• Responsible for timely application and renewal for work permits for all employees
• Preparation of monthly roster management for staff
• Develop and maintain event and volunteer databases.
• Responsible for the preparations required for executions of events and promotionProject performance management, recruitment and project retention
• Planning, implementing and managing of promotions and events for monitoring competitor’s activities and assist in marketing intelligence.
• Liaising with the PRO for the Visa processing of the new employee Visa, Labour Cards, etc..
• Responsible for timely application and renewal for work permits and activation of promotions Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of all company documents and employee records
• Compile various reports in excel and analyse performance.
