Our client is a leading facilities management company in Dubai and due to expansion they are seeking to hire an Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving growth and efficiency of business operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure best in class service delivery through strong management skills and optimization of in house and external resources.
Meet customers and clients to explore new business development opportunities.
Effectively manage the financial viability of the contracts to ensure that budget and margin expectations are met.
Manage and meet contractual obligations and target SLA’s (Service level agreements) set by both the client and internal management.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent communications skills and working knowledge in facilities management industry.
Problem solver and able to quickly build effective business relationships.
