Job Description
- Execute Inbound/outbound operation, troubleshooting operational issues.
- Follow-up with related party for the spot shipment.
- Forwarding all appropriate documentation (Bill of Ladings/Customs documentation, Arrival Notice etc.) to proper parties.
Support Freight Forwarding projects (new business projects) such as data analysis, prepare RFP(Bidding), strategic logistics solutions and support in presenting presentations as well
Maintain database/record keeping (shipment tracking data etc).
- Follow up any inquiries from oversea branches/agents(rate, routes, ports and others)
Report/supports any requirements (Operation and others) from management
Provide customer service to all vendors and customers- All other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2-3 Years experiences in Logistics and/or Freight Forwarding
- Contribute to continuous improvement & embrace bias for change
Proficient with PCs(Intermediate Excel, Power Point, Word experience required)
English is essential, Hindi/Arabic is an advantage
UAE Resident Preferred - Driving License Holder Preferred
