Ajman Based Company is looking for a Operations and Inventory/logistics coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day Inventory/stock, Operations and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that A to Z Inventory maintenance, Operation, and logistics run smoothly and you are successful in supporting Sales and other business activities. Successful candidates should have:
• B.Com with special experience in A to Z Stock/ Inventory recording, management, Job costing, its valuation and shipment logistics.
• Excellent High-Level skills on Microsoft Excel, word, and PowerPoint
• Coordinator must be able to monitor various accounts, ability to maintain and control the budget as far as the cost is concerned and write financial reports of the analysis.
• Attention to detail, team mentality, and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
• Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
• Deal with customer complaints or issues
• Monitor showroom merchandise to refill or ordering
• Organize each task meticulously and point of action.
• Scheduling MD’s meetings and complete the tasks on time to support MD’s office.
• Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining the databases, generate reports, check emails, emails and send prompt replies for the action to be taken in a timely manner ( MD’s office Support).
• Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
