Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups
Drafting letters, documents and renewals.
Supervise Office Staff
Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions
Maintain Office Records
Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
Ensure protection and security of files and records
Transfer and dispose records according to retention schedules and policies
Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
Executive Support
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for Executives
Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Qualifications:
Business administration/Business management
Computing and information technology
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a related position within the UAE.
Bachelor’s Degree, accredited.
Language: English - Arabic is a plus
