Work timings: 7:30 AM TO 4:30 PM

Job Description:
Establish Member & Government Relations

• Maintain a presence in locations on rotational basis and build relationships with member families.
• Plan and manage parent orientations, graduation ceremonies, ad-hoc events (field trips, musical concerts, etc.)
• Schedule & plan parent/teacher meetings.
• Handle complaints regarding class quality & programming. Liaise with Sales Director and provide resolution update for future reference.
• Answer member inquiries relating to program feedback, lesson plan implementation, teacher training and qualifications.
• Build relationships with government officials like MOSA, KHDA.
• Represent Institute during government inspection & meetings.
Programming & Development

• Develop and maintain LA Curriculum documents. Perform regular needs analysis to identify updates that may be required to Curriculum based on Ministry of Education, MOSA and KHDA policy.
• Develop new programs/classes/educational concepts to address customer and local needs.
Sales
• Sit at front desk and answer calls, queries from members and non-members. Give facility tour to prospect customers and follow-up with them post the tour.
Personal Development
• Attend weekly manager meetings.
• Stay up to date on industry news, competition and market research to support and grow personal knowledge base.
• Continually self-evaluate and communicate development needs to the MD.
Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Education or related subject required. Early Years diploma or degree is preferred. Master’s in Education or related subject is a plus.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in teaching and/or working with young children required. 2-3 years’ experience in managing small to medium teams in an Early Years setting required.
• Must have a passion for working with young children and their parents/caregivers.
• Must be a team player and able to work with different nationalities.
• Must have enthusiasm, dedication, and a good work ethic.
• Must be able to manage many tasks quickly and efficiently and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus. Other languages are a plus.
