Description:

The Network Administrator’s role is to ensure the stability and integrity of company’s voice, data, and video, and wireless network services. This is achieved by planning, designing, and developing local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization. In addition, the Network Administrator will participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. This individual will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training. The Most Important Part to be done by the Network Administrator is to manage the company VMware cloud, and do all the needful configuration, maintenance, and support on daily biases.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
• Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
• Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
• Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
• Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
• Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
• Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
• Provide day to day operational support of the Windows servers (physical and virtual) running in a VMware environment.
• Troubleshoot and engage with NSX Engineering on customer reported issues, including identifying viable workarounds.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Skill Requirements:
• Microsoft Server 2012 and Windows 8 ,10 Configuration and Support
• Microsoft Azure and Cloud Servers Management, Office 365 Administration
• Setting up Domain for Office based Local Network
• Configuring DHCP, DNS and Implementing Group Policies
• Avaya IP Office Support, Network Printers, LAN, WIFI, TCP/IP,
• CCTV Configuration and Support, Finger Print Attendance Support
• MCSE CCNA Certified.
• Experience with VMware is a must.
