A Facilities Management company is urgently in need of a Multi-Skilled Technician for one of their clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Operating, repairing M&E equipment
Ensure compliance with the HSE regulations in line with the safety procedures and site rules at all times.
Abiding safe work procedures & taking an active part in protecting themselves and observant to their fellow workers.
Carrying our routine and planned preventive maintenance works for the AC & plumbing
Capable of doing electrical works.
Ensures completion of work orders correctly in accordance with the CAFM system.
Responding to request & complaints made via helpdesk
Reporting major damaged or malfunctions to supervisor.
Using all required, measuring and testing equipment
Dismantling repairs and reassemble complex equipment.
Additional responsibilities as delegated by the FM Manager/ Engineer / Supervisor.
