Microsoft Dynamics Professional Services Delivery Manager – Dubai

Sable37 a multi-award winning, global Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in delivering Dynamics AX and CRM solutions to our valued customers. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia with offices across New Zealand, America, Dubai and India, we are currently looking for a highly experienced Professional Services Delivery Manager to join the team in our Dubai office.

We require you to have a proven history of Service Delivery Management, preferably in a Microsoft Dynamics practice, along with extensive experience across financial, HR and strategic management, allowing for the continued successful delivery of intelligent Dynamics solutions at the highest standard.

Duties and Responsibilities

Service Delivery Management

Manage service delivery using an evidence informed approach to improve outcomes to clients
Delivery of professional services to Sable37 customers in the MENA region
Liaise with customers, providing them with clear and good communication on project milestone and manage transparent professional approach at all times.
Able to act as a trusted advisor to clients, with sound product and solution knowledge and experience.

Financial and contract management

Responsible to ensure that projects are delivered as per the scope of work agreed with customers and measurable outcomes are achieved within targets set for time, cost and quality
Provide accurate and timely delivery activity information
Identify actual and potential risks, ensuring appropriate documentation, reporting and communication with customers and Senior Management

Human resource management

Line manage consulting staff based in Dubai with active responsibility for supervision, coaching of staff, recruitment, performance planning, leave management and time sheet approvals
Conduct performance appraisal with direct reports on time as per Sable37 review policy
Assist the Professional Services Director with yearly salary review recommendations, aligning them with corporate goals and performance

Strategic support

Provide strategic support to the General Manager on pre-sales activities
Demonstrate Sable37 IP to prospects and customers including preparation and requirements gathering prior to presentation, providing assistance proof of concepts and pre-sales demonstrations. This sometimes requires flexible working hours.
Suggest and implement strategic objectives of the wider organisation
