Design calculations and technical clarifications.
Executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Thoroughly study MEP shop drawings and plans.
Ensure that the site execution is done in accordance with approved drawings and to an acceptable standard of quality
Sourcing, negotiating, finalizing & approving the Subcontractors
Prepare claims for variation and time extension
Confer with the responsible supervisory personnel for the projects, Clients, Contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
Review of Payment Certificates of Subcontractors
Submit Final Inspection Report for all completed projects
Qualifications:
Applicatns must have completed BE or BTech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably GCC or Optimum is UAE experience
Should have the knowledge of execution and should know how to install the Mechanical Equipments used in Construction Industry
Should know how to design HVAC system and should have sound knowledge of Plumbing System.
Should be well verse with latest ASHRAE standards / with latest DEWA, SEWA standards.
Should know how to use Auto CAD.
Valid UAE license holders are preferable.
