Mechanical Engineer with Design, Estimation of Production Experience , was working in dubai.
- Presently in Dubai on visit and have been working here and have Total 5 years of experience.
- My Main Responsibilities are: -
- Participate in the Day by Day meeting with Clients.
- Quote and Manage given Project.
- if needed DESIGN the model using SolidWorks (3D CAD Software) or AutoCAD and doing stress analysis on the model if necessary.
- Making the Production drawings in accordance with ISO Standard & Tolerance.
- ESTIMATING the required materials and Making BOQ and If needed, also quote for the customer.
- Coordinating with the purchase team and even with suppliers to get the required structural and other materials.
- Supervise and guiding the Floor to fabricate, assembling and finishing the product .
- Help the QC team to find out any needed correction.
- Products are made use of MS & SS Sheet Metal, Structural Components & Other Machining Parts.
- Visit Site and Meet Clients.
- Incorporate self search materials & grades for
manufacture according to the context .
- Main Products I worked in my total experience are ? Airport Tractor, Dollies, Tanks, Structural Products, Trolleys, Hot Cabinet Units, Cold Refrigeration Units, Precision Press Tools, Ford car Parts, Royal Enfield Tank Case, Bicycle Gear Mechanism, Machine Design & manufacturing, other project works etc .
- Also Do almost all IT stuffs for the company if there is any need arise as I am an expert of computer kowledge.
