Basic Requirements
• 25-35 yrs. Of age
• 2-5 years’ experience in UAE
• High Secondary graduate
CARPENTER/GYPSUM WORKER
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of the clients
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
• Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic and other materials
• Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors and doorframes
ELECTRICIAN
• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of the breakdown and correct problem.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustments or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Maintain current electrician’s license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures
PLUMBER
• The Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential commercial and industrial buildings.
MASON
• Layering building materials such as bricks, concrete, tiles and other construction materials.
• Fabricates, alters, repairs and maintain walks, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, bathroom showers, sink counters, partitions, manholes, and other related structures or surfaces.
• Mixes cements
• Operates heavy equipment’s.
Make assessment, reports, and note needed materials.
• Make plans and report changes if there’s any to the project coordinator.
