The responsibilities of the Clients & Markets Manager include:
Primary and Secondary research for thought leadership reports
Copy-writing for thought leadership reports – local and possibly regional
Design of reports and external based content (6 local reports from inception to execution as a minimum)
Development of social media strategy and content to be added regularly (at least 3 times a week)
Running integrated marketing campaigns which include 360 online and offline tactics
Establish and penetrate media and PR relationships with a view to securing top-tier PR hits (at least once a month)
Conceptualise creative themes and deliver key external client events from inception to execution - including pre communication, campaign management on salesforce, budget management, event liaision, PR and post event white papers and follow-up with delegates and internal stakeholders
Develop an advocacy and client case study suite for proposals
Develop virtual webinars and conferences where the need arises, specifically for VAT
Source and secure free of charge speaker opportunities for stakeholders
Develop and manage the UAE website
Write and create editorial and advertorial in accordance with the annual central campaign planner
Support with presentation content and brand developed content for speaker opportunities
Create and craft executive communication when the need arises, alongside writing monthly blogs and creating an intranet site
Create and develop new tech solutions for marketing including videos, blogs etc.
Ad-hoc C&M support where applicable and required
Write and develop sales material and collateral for all lines of service and key industry capability statements
PR and media monitoring post execution
Develop and maintain proposal templates for the firm
Support with alumni management and content creation
Develop industry bites and alumni newsletters for external market
Manage central portal management
Writing press releases
Competencies:
First rate written & spoken English is a necessity
Report writing and presentation skills must be of a high quality
Proven ability to use initiative, adapt and independently solve problems
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
IT skills, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word (In-design would be an advantage)
Must be a good credible copy-writer
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Management & organizational skills
Must be flexible and adaptable
Should be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Should have a hard work ethic and is prepared to go above and beyond
Required experience & qualifications:
Degree qualified
Minimum of 5+ years of experience within Marketing
Good knowledge of financial services industry ideally Accounting
Professional services experience is preferable (ideally within an accounting firm)
