The Company
Our client is a prestigious Helthcare group in the region now looking to expand given their success.
The role is to manage our clients growing portfolio of Clinics and Hospitals. There is an emphasis on implementing brand centric & commercial marketing strategies throughout the group in the development and execution of growth-orientated and customer-first marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategy that is aligned with the overall corporate marketing objectives
- Review asset-level marketing calendar based on direction from the CEO. This includes review and approve marketing calendar and provide input ensuring their consistency across as well as follow policies, procedures and guidelines communicated by the corporate marketing strategy.
- Manage effective relationships with customers and identify specific initiatives that improve the customer experience and overall retention
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors and suppliers on all media related issues such as advertising and promotional campaigns
- Ensure that formal briefs are provided to marketing services for relevant marketing activity
- Work with development and sales and ensure that optimal product characteristics by consumer target segment are jointly agreed for each project
- Administer the implementation of marketing campaigns or initiatives in line with Corporate Marketing and ensure its timely execution and monitoring in the assigned area.
- Drive improvements in customer experience through identification and recommendation of new ideas and best practices in the CRM. Ensure that an effective CRM program is in place in the assigned region in line with the Corporate Marketing strategy to support and enhance the customer experience.
- Motivate and develop staff ensuring that performance is measured, training needs established and succession plans developed.
The Candidate
We are looking for someone with at least 10 years’ experience in implementing marketing strategies and a min of 3 years’ experience at senior management level. Experience within the Helthcare or FMCG sectors is essential and is crucial given the KPI’s put in place.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in the field of marketing or business
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years in a senior management/ Directors role
- Achieve high results in brand awareness and recognition
