-Assisting the marketing department on managing daily tasks and missions in order to meet deadlines.
-Preparing Fact Sheets for the company's various events/activities.
-Translating documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
-Managing events agencies on any event/activity taking place, setting deadlines for their deliverables, and receiving and proper storing of their deliverables for easy access anytime.
-Supervising and managing the production agency of the company; making sure to deliver the artworks to them, fully updated on the specifications required, meeting their deliveries deadlines, tracking the deliveries, and delivering the collateral to their correspondent department.
-Creation of various marketing presentations required for briefings, demonstrations… etc.
-Flexible working hours.
-Assisting on organizing and managing roadshows, schools activations or any other social events held at the company or outside it.
-Scope of work might require going off-site, candidate to be fully ready to leave site when needed.
-Managing the media entry process through website as briefed by the management.
-Managing media ID submissions.
-Managing the existence of media; making sure to facilitate their requirements.
-Creating media database for all media representatives in contact with the company.
-Briefing media representatives about the events/activities taking place at the company.
-Organizing and managing media days.
-Providing media with all briefings, pictures, videos, and collaterals requested for about the company.
-Extend support to Marketing department on managing day to day tasks and responsibilities (even if not directly related to media).
-Work closely with the photo/video team and keeping a library of all the content produced.
