We are looking for management consultants ( Mid-Senior level ) to join our team immediately. We have several projects that are about to start in UAE and KSA, and we are only seeking candidates who have prior experience working in a reputable management consulting firm.
Key Role:
Work with organizations to execute projects targeted at improving organizational effectiveness, including those focused on organizational analysis and design, strategic planning, performance management, business process analysis, human capital, and change management. Serve as a lead member of the project team, providing analytical support and guidance to project teams and conducting research and data analysis for strategic consulting projects to support the team's analysis and conclusions. Execute project work plans in the field. Lead the preparation of presentations and proposals. Identify and provide best practice information to solve clients’ needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
8 -10 years’ of experience preferred, with a minimum of 5 years with a management consulting firm
Experience in organizational assessment, performance management, business process reengineering, and strategy implementation.
Experience in working with the public sector, Media, education, and Healthcare sector preferred
Project management certification such as PMP.
Bi-lingual (Arabic and English) is a must.
Graduate of a top-tier university – MBA or an equivalent master’s degree a plus
Prior experience in managing projects and teams preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).
