Description:

The Loyalty System Analyst/administrator will be responsible for the administration of ATG loyalty Application (Maxxing) and its integrated systems.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Support ATG new loyalty system and ensure its readiness to support new business requirements.
• Manage loyalty programme structure, store setup, user access management, users’ roles and responsibilities management in loyalty application.
• Manage system enhancements to support new business requirements, bug fixes and application releases.
• Support business team in designing complex loyalty promotions
• Manage SLAs with all internal and external suppliers
• Incident management: having regular meetings with supplier to ensure timely delivery of business user’s requests, proper issue documentation and RCA where applicable maintained in the ticketing system.
• System’s change Management and release management
• Improve user efficiencies, solve technical issues, invent creative solutions.
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
• Gather requirements from various different teams, problem solve, and prioritize with end users.
• Serve as loyalty technical expert regarding current configuration, capabilities, and limitations
• Create and maintain documentation on processes and application configuration
• Develop system health check reports with the help of internal IT and supplier. Ensure system availability as per SLA with different parties.
• Stay up-to-date on new loyalty features, and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Play a key role in all triage activities for all critical and high priority issues.
• Support system maintenance, patching, planned and unplanned system downtime and DR drills.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree Computer science or computer engineering or similar
• 4+ years of professional CRM experience within technologies such as Maxxing/Siebel/Oracle/salesforce/ Ms dynamics etc
• 1+ years of loyalty domain/programme experience.
• Good understanding of integrations (inbound/outbound)
• Willing to learn and work in new technology and business domain
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Knowledgeable about relational databases, experience in writing SQL queries for data analysis. postgres database knowledge is preferred.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in CRM/IT technology, ITIL preferred
• Excel and presentation skills
• Experience with php based application
• Experience in integrating multiple systems using middleware
