Job Responsibilities (Key Result Areas):
• Inspire and lead others towards higher level of performance.
• Formulate strategies and policies, communicate to the team and follow these through operational activities
• Solve complex problem in a rational manner
• Ensure that operations are being implemented effectively and efficiently
• Responsible for all the purchases of the store.
• Responsible for achieving sales target and margin according to the budget.
• Should be presentable and follow the uniformed company policy.
• Adhere & carry out all operational policies and procedure of the company.
• Able to monitor and provide feedback on products' sales/movement etc.
• Ensure all pricing, display, signage are correct at all time.
• Monitor appearance and control expiry dates of product life.
• Responsible for the area staff coverage and ensures floor coverage.
• Responsible for inventory, and shrinkage / wastage.
• Secure the rental / branding money according to the budget.
• Able to plan out and merchandise the area according to customer profile.
• Provide feedback to C.E.O. and higher authority of customer requirements.
• Maintain customer service standards at all times
• Able to execute and maintain in-store layout.
• Ensure the appropriate recruitment of staff to relevant positions
