LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Tasks :
- Order tracking. Shall communicate with suppliers for follow up of the orders for expediting deliveries to warehouse and shall keep logs and records of warehouse stocks and all purchase orders.
- Shall handle items / stocks disputes and discrepancies
- Will be responsible for making sure that all purchase orders are all processed in time

ADMIN ASSISTANT
- FEMALE
- With background in Accounting, Book Keeping, Journal Vouchers entry, bank reconciliation and filing of Accounts documents and forms.
- Computer literate. Extensive experience in MS Office
- Duties will be attending calls, will assist in office related tasks such as filing, records updating, Employees 201 file monitoring.
